With amenities such as air conditioning, complimentary breakfast, and a delightful bar/lounge area, I felt instantly at home. The hotel's superb location provided easy access to local eateries like the Quan Cat Ba Family Restaurant, and the views from the room left us in awe. We particularly enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere, where staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The assistance provided in arranging excursions solidified our positive experience. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough; it truly exceeded our expectations. The combination of stunning views, attentive service, and comfortable amenities made our stay unforgettable.
